We deliver a full range of services to manage issues related to the procurement, selection, engagement and tracking of contingent (non-employee) workers; i.e. independent contractors, 1099 workers, consultants, temps and freelancers. These services are powered by Internet based software that is the most comprehensive and robust in the industry.

 

Why MPSI

Conflict of Interest free business model since we will be working with our client’s valuable staffing vendors, it is very important that we develop a business relationship through trust and delivery of service to them as a valued partner.  To do this effectively, MPSI doesn’t directly staff our client’s positions.  Though our management has superb expertise in the staffing and solutions industry, we are not a staffing company, nor owned by a staffing company.  Therefore, we don’t compete against the staffing vendors we work with.  We are the only full services company that can make this statement.
