The overall model is spawned from an integrated approach, allowing contract resource acquisition and management to be integrated and accessed through a single point-of-contact.  This simplifies and standardizes the resource requisition process, accounting functions, performance measurements and enterprise reporting systems.  Significantly reducing management time and cost in acquiring and managing contract personnel.

Program Elements

 

Value Assessment:  this is a comprehensive analysis of the client’s contract staffing environment; prelude to any engagement.

Rate Management:  development of a rate schedule by skill set and profession, analyzed by region of the country, will provide the basis for the management of costs via rate management.

Web Based Procurement:  implementation of a suite of business applications customized to meet the business requirements of our clients.  These applications include Web-based fulfillment, billing and invoicing, time and expense reporting, and management reporting.

Vendor Management Program:  a preferred vendor program, designed to meet the client’s overall recruiting needs.  Management is based upon performance metrics.

On-site Management Team:  these professionals are dedicated resources to a the client, responsible for addressing and resolving all issues relative to the managed services we provide.

Single-Point Time Collection and Invoicing:  single submission, approval for time and expenses assimilating into a single invoice for all contingent resources.

Contractor Resource Management:  includes process standardization, policy/legal compliance, on-boarding and orientation, issues resolution, day to day operational maintenance, and performance management.

Training:  a two part program 1) an umbrella training program for all contractors, regardless of which agency they work for.  2) The training of permanent employees for the purpose of knowledge transfer from projects.

Project Logistical Coordination:  an umbrella traveling and coordinating service for our client's entire contingent workforce.  Through the tight affiliation with our travel agency group, MPSI will be able to set cost effective travel arrangements, per diem rates, visas, as well as managing an operationally sound travel model for each of the consultants - which includes 24 x 7 support.

Co-Employment Risk Management:  MPSI will develop and implement and managed controlled risk management processes.

Enterprise Reporting and Performance Metrics:  utilizing a high-powered, Web-based reporting tool, organizations are able to assess an abundance of critical process, event, and performance information.  This system allows administrative users to create reports on the fly for themselves or to share throughout the rest of the organization.
